Aoi Kemono

A leading Japanese zoologist, Yuzuru Kazamatsuri, is asked by an international conservation group to perform two tasks: assess the status of rare wildlife globally and investigate reports of an unknown creature appearing in multiple locations. He takes his young son, Ken, on a worldwide journey to complete these assignments. The nature of the mysterious "blue monster" remains a central question. The work blends travel elements with commentary on societal issues.
