Jae-Jeong Sin's father rents out part of their home, displacing Jae-Jeong from his favorite room and introducing new tenants: a single mother and her daughter, A-Rin Woo. Jae-Jeong develops a strong dislike for the situation, which worsens when he uncovers an affair between the parents. A-Rin also recently discovered the same affair, and the two find themselves bound by the shared knowledge. Despite growing closer, their relationship is strained by lingering anger and unspoken tensions. As more secrets emerge and school-related pressures mount, Jae-Jeong and A-Rin agree on a plan: if their parents do not end the affair, they will take matters into their own hands.
