Area D: Inou Ryouiki

A mysterious island facility called "Area D" was constructed to manage individuals who have developed unexpected supernatural abilities, referred to as "Altered." These abilities appeared suddenly in isolated groups of people, prompting the creation of the prison to contain and study them.
