A girl who has spent much of her childhood watching films from her bedroom enrolls in the film department at a specialized high school. Lacking clear goals and struggling with low confidence, she sees movies as her only familiar comfort. Her perspective may shift after meeting a gruff instructor and an obscure filmmaker named Kuroyama Sumiji.
