Ashita No Familia

A young man named Ashita inherits a mansion after his parents' death. The property, once an inn, has fallen into disuse. While attempting to restore it, he encounters Noi, a girl who appears to be a vampire, and her servant Sesera, who claim ownership. Noi explains that she had loaned the mansion to Ashita's great grandfather with the condition that it be maintained until her return. Noi possesses abilities such as superhuman strength, mist transformation, and spellcasting. Her presence draws evil spirits, forcing her to move frequently and leading to her being abandoned. Ashita allows Noi and Sesera to stay, aiming to begin a new era for the mansion.
