Kirara is perceived by others as a cute and feminine boy, but he aspires to be cool and masculine. When two tall and confident boys move into the neighborhood, he begins following them to learn how to become more manly. As they spend time together and grow older, Kirara comes to understand that his emotions toward the younger of the two, Ken, extend beyond ordinary friendship.
