Atarashiku Dekita Tomodachi ga Omotteta no to Chigatta Hanashi

A second-year high school student named Hinata becomes fascinated by a classmate named Yuzuki, who possesses a striking and unconventional sense of style. After bonding in school, they arrange to meet outside, where Yuzuki's bold, rock-inspired appearance and demeanor sharply contrast with the gentle school environment.
