A teenage ninja exorcist fights ayakashi spirits that endanger Japan, particularly those targeting his childhood friend, a spirit medium. As their bond deepens, a cat ayakashi intervenes by casting a spell that transforms the exorcist into a woman. Unable to reverse the transformation, he continues his battles and returns to school in his new body while seeking a solution.
