Ayashi no Ceres

Aya and her twin brother Aki arrive at their grandfather's house expecting a birthday celebration, but the somber mood suggests otherwise. Instead of a party, they receive a mummified hand as a gift, which triggers a powerful awakening in Aya and causes Aki severe physical harm. Their grandfather declares Aki the heir to the Mikage estate and orders Aya's death. Aya finds support in Yūhi, a skilled cook and martial artist, and Tōya, an enigmatic and appealing figure. As Aya struggles with her uncontrollable abilities, she questions whether Yūhi and Tōya can help her survive.
