On the first day of high school, Hidaka hears a voice from a tower on the school grounds that only he can perceive. The voice belongs to a girl who claims to be God, residing in a structure known as the Lesser Tower of Clubs. Because of this, Hidaka is drawn into joining the [God Club], a group associated with the tower.
