After being dumped, Naoyuki Shiba attends a mixer party at a friend's suggestion to take his mind off the heartbreak. At the event, he meets Shou Yushima, who fits his ideal type, though Yushima behaves oddly and comes off as rude. Shiba worries that pursuing a connection might lead to more disappointment, but the situation holds more complexity than he initially realizes in this romantic comedy.
