Ke Lim, Qiang Shu, and their son Gao Ji share a household with two former dolls, Colleen and Jing Ping, who have regained human form through magic glass marbles. Colleen once was a princess in an unnamed kingdom, and Jing Ping was the son of a high-ranking official, both transformed into dolls over a century ago.
