Bakekano

A middle school student named Koji Miyahara returns home one day to discover a girl asleep in his bed, completely naked. The girl is a ghost named Alice Fujinomiya. She is only visible to others when Koji is in close proximity, which leads her to decide that becoming his girlfriend is the best solution to her situation.
