Baketeriya

A society is split between rulers and the ruled, and Naoya Kamitani has always belonged to the latter group, struggling to rise in status without much success. He draws the interest of a mysterious individual named Tsukui, who reveals the existence of real spirits. The college Naoya attends is populated by spirits from ancient Japan, but these entities are not seeking companionship. Instead, they are searching for food, and Naoya is identified as their primary target.
