A man who was once a shaman loses his abilities and is left without the support of the deity he once served. He lives a life of decline until his god reappears in a dream, mentioning that a "noble soul" will soon come and alter his path. Shortly after, he meets a high school girl named Kang Ji-Yoon, who claims to see ghosts but lacks actual psychic abilities. The two form an agreement to work together.
