Bakumatsu Rock: Howling Soul

A group of musicians, including Ryouma Sakamoto, opposes the Tokugawa shogunate, which enforces strict control through the state-sanctioned "Heaven's Songs" performed by Shinsengumi idols. Under this regime, creating or performing any music outside these official songs is punishable by death. The rockers use their music as a form of resistance, fighting for freedom and justice through rock 'n' roll.
