A young pitcher named Harada Takumi moves to a small town with his family and quickly becomes the top player in the area. Despite his talent, he struggles to find a catcher who can match his skill, leading to frustration and thoughts of quitting. His perspective changes when he meets a boy named Nagakura Gou.
