Zhang Liang, a noble from the fallen Han state during China's Warring States Period, seeks revenge against the Qin Dynasty that destroyed his homeland. He aims to assassinate the Qin King, who later becomes known as the First Emperor. The manga is a four-frame prequel focusing on Zhang Liang, a key military strategist who later contributed to the Chou Han War.
