Bitter Like Light

A spinoff of Like a Sugar focusing on Morisaki and Taguchi. Morisaki is cheerful and kind, while Taguchi is calm and reserved. The two have been close friends and in a relationship since high school. Although they have faced difficulties, they have overcome them and are content. However, they do not share a home, unlike their friends Yoshimura and Shima, who began cohabiting during college. Their friends' choice prompts questions about Morisaki and Taguchi's own future. The volume includes a bonus story set in a hot spring where the couple shares an intimate moment.
