Sugawara works for a consulting firm and delivers company lectures with little enthusiasm, showing signs of disengagement in his job. Following a night of heavy drinking, he is taken against his will by a criminal group known as the "Black Shock Gang." The group assigns him a task: to carry out "organizational reform" aimed at defeating heroes.
