Black Kousoku

A student named Sora becomes involved with a girl who naturally has chestnut-colored hair and has stopped attending school. The school enforces strict regulations, such as requiring black hair, a minimum skirt length, and prohibiting ponytails, claiming these rules prevent students from being distracting. Sora chooses to challenge these rules due to his feelings for the girl.
