Blade & Bastard

A corpse is found in a remote part of the dungeon that should not be there. Iarumas is brought back to life with no memory of his past. He explores the dungeon to recover the remains of fallen adventurers, wondering if they can be revived as he was or if they will be turned to ash on an altar. Regardless, he collects a finder’s fee for his work. His abilities earn him some respect, but he is also looked down upon for his detached, practical approach. The living avoid him, as he mainly interacts with the dead. This changes when he encounters Garbage, a wild swordsman who is the only survivor of a destroyed group. With her, Iarumas goes deeper into the dungeon, searching for answers about his past while evading dangers and the risk of dying for good.
