A city thrives under the cover of night, where vampires seek blood and humans offer it. Sotetsu works for the Blood Control Bureau, tasked with preventing unlawful vampire actions. His routine is disrupted by Mozu, a vampire who claims to have a refined taste for blood. Mozu shows interest in Sotetsu’s blood, which he deems undesirable.
