Blood Rain

A government agency attempts to gain control over expanding foreign gangs by deploying an undercover officer into a criminal organization. The mission is to infiltrate and dismantle the gangs involved in illicit activities. However, the operation begins to fail as unexpected complications arise between rival groups.
