A high school student named Izumi Hoshi considers ending her life by jumping off a bridge but hesitates when the act proves more painful than expected. Another student, Takuto Kurihara, witnesses the attempt and intervenes. He possesses a unique ability to uncover and nurture a latent skill in Izumi that she was previously unaware of.
