Ai, who supports her family in place of her parents, has limited financial means. She takes the entrance exam for the prestigious Joka Gakuen, where the valedictorian, known as the platinum student, is exempt from tuition fees. Ai achieves the highest score and becomes the platinum student, but unexpected circumstances follow.
