An illustrator named Mikami lives alone with two cats and is going through a creative dry spell, eating bland food and feeling down. One day, his cats transform into human children. Now faced with two hungry mouths to feed, Mikami starts preparing meals for them. Even simple dishes like salmon rice balls become more enjoyable when shared.
