Reo, nicknamed "Boku-chan," is a quiet and unassuming second-year student who lacks confidence. He sits beside Miki Kimino, a classmate who often sleeps in class. When their friend Himekawa disappears, Kimino becomes curious about the incident. She convinces Reo to accompany her to the art room, where they intend to investigate and uncover what happened to Himekawa.
