Boku wa Doko kara

A man named Takeuchi Kaoru possesses the ability to access others' thoughts by reading their writing. He resides with his mother, who suffers from Alzheimer's, and aspires to be a writer. His unique ability and caregiving responsibilities hinder his progress. After his mother is involved in an accident, a former classmate named Fujiwara Tomomi appears. Tomomi is a young member of the yakuza and proposes a deal: if Kaoru takes an entrance exam for someone else and they gain admission to a prestigious university, he will earn substantial money. However, Kaoru finds himself entangled in unforeseen circumstances.
