Boku wa Imouto ni Koi wo Suru: Secret Sweethearts

Yori and Iku were once close as children, but now Yori keeps his distance from his twin sister. Iku fears he no longer cares for her, though the reality is more complicated. Yori is drawn to her in a way that goes beyond sibling affection and is willing to sacrifice everything for her.
