Koyama Kei experienced the loss of his mother during his elementary school years and grew distant from his father, who is consumed by work. His sister Moe, a cheerful college student, is the only source of warmth in his life. Despite her affection, Kei struggles with emotional closeness. At fifteen, he has never been in love but engages in sexual relationships with those who show him attention, using these encounters to escape his inner emptiness. In late spring, he meets Fuji, a distracted medical student who seems to fill the gap in his life. The challenge is that Fuji is already in a relationship with Moe.
