Boku wa Mukoyoushi

Yoshihiko works at an insurance company and marries Saori, joining the affluent Ryujin family through adoption. Shortly after their wedding, his company collapses, and the family loses its wealth, forcing them to relocate to a modest suburban home. As the only provider, Yoshihiko strives to support Saori, his mother-in-law Ranko, and Saori’s sisters Shiori and Kaori. Ranko, accustomed to luxury, frequently imposes unreasonable expectations. Over time, witnessing Yoshihiko's efforts and sacrifices, she acknowledges his role as the family’s new leader and entrusts him with restoring the Ryujin family's financial standing.
