Bokura ni Namae wo Tsukeru nara

Izumi Tosaka reunites with Kaoru Yano during his senior year of high school, seven years after their parents' divorce separated them. The two begin sharing a dorm room, but Izumi initially fails to recognize Kaoru as his brother due to significant changes in his appearance, including a deeper voice, red-dyed hair, and a new surname. As they live together, Izumi develops unexpected feelings toward Kaoru, despite knowing their familial relationship. The situation becomes complicated as he struggles with these emotions, unsure how to navigate them. The story includes two additional chapters beyond the main narrative.
