Bokura wa Dokonimo Hirakanai

A student is told by Miki Kouzuki, a prominent and somewhat delusional beauty at their school, that she will protect him with her magic. As their relationship begins, the world around him starts to shift dramatically. Expressions of violent impulses and strange sounds emerge. The student's delinquent best friend and the class representative, who is more disciplined, become involved. As tensions rise and relationships strain, the group finds themselves at a breaking point. The story was originally published in 2005 and later revised in 2016 by Mikage, with illustrations by Yoshitoshi Abe and a new subtitle.
