Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan

A man named Sakura develops future technology that halts women's aging at twelve, drawing divine opposition. To prevent this, God sends angels to the past to eliminate him. One angel, Dokuro-chan, chooses not to kill Sakura but instead tries to alter the future. Despite her intentions, she is easily angered and frequently kills Sakura and others in violent, bloody ways using her large spiked club. Fortunately, she has the ability to resurrect the dead, though she often kills them again after each outburst.
