A young landlord named Sasou is about to welcome a new tenant, Tetsu, a student who is physically attractive but carries a somber mood. Despite Tetsu's reserved nature, Sasou feels drawn to him and becomes determined to help Tetsu become more open. Tetsu, however, consistently resists Sasou's efforts, yet remains curious about him. Their relationship begins as they navigate their growing interest in each other near Kichijoji Station.
