A boy creates unique gadgets in hopes of making friends, but his efforts to stand out lead him to meet a dragon girl, or more precisely, a Zmeu, who naturally draws attention regardless of her attempts to remain inconspicuous. Their meeting raises questions about how their differences will affect their relationship.
