This compilation features selected serialized works by Bonten Tarou, focusing on themes such as rebellious female characters, body art, and physical confrontations. The first entry, *Modern Bad Girl Legend Hooten Okyo*, introduces a biography of a contemporary delinquent woman and her involvement with a Sukeban group. The following stories, *Modern Bad Girl Biography Irezumi Okatsura*, continue this theme. Later entries, *Modern Bad Girl Den: Hama's Female Dog*, explore the relationships between biracial white and black children in Japan, reflecting the social conditions of the time and connecting to the later story *Mixed-race child Rika*. The collection includes thirteen pieces, with the final three works having been published in *Manga OK* from 1967 to 1968.
