Five women live separate lives but share a deep connection through Gaku, the son of one of the sisters. Nie works in an online apparel company, Mariko owns a café, Taiju is employed in a government office, and Ichigo is a single mother. Their mother manages the household. Though they no longer live together, Gaku, raised by all of them, is cherished by each. The story explores the complex emotions and responsibilities these women carry, particularly how their actions have shaped Gaku's view of them.
