Tsubomi is a royal figure associated with flowers and serves as the military leader defending flower spirits. His behavior, involving drinking and smoking, led to his expulsion from Tenkai by his mother, the queen. Kaoru, tasked with overseeing Tsubomi's upbringing, went with him to Earth, but Tsubomi continues to cause problems wherever he is.
