Budouiro no Tsuioku

Annie and Etienne cross paths while working at a French vineyard and quickly develop feelings for each other. Etienne becomes involved in violent circumstances and dies. Nine years later, Annie runs a tearoom in a quiet British village. She continues to carry memories of Etienne, but begins to notice the presence of Michael Harding, a well-known author and the owner of her building. Despite being her landlord for years, Annie has never met him face to face. Michael’s appearance and demeanor are unlike Etienne’s, yet Annie begins to see parallels between the two men.
