Bus Hashiru
The Bus Takes You and Runs·バス走る。
A compilation of five brief narratives, each set at a different bus stop, explores moments of chance encounters with strangers. These interactions offer possibilities for unexpected revelations—new perspectives or rekindled emotions. The stories include "Sky-Winding Bus Stop," published in Comic Bunch no.193 and no.2005/6/10; "Sakura Street Bus Stop," in Comic Bunch no.2006/4/5 Zoukan; "Wasurena Hill Bus Stop," in Comic Bunch no.2007/1/8 Zoukan; "Weather Forecast," in Comic Bunch no.285 and no.2007/5/4; and "Dudleya Road," from the 2005 Handmade Picture Book Exhibition. Two additional stories, "The Glasses Thief" and "Adult-Uniform," were serialized in Monthly Melody in 2006.
