Two people who consider themselves unsuitable for marriage meet after discovering their respective partners are involved in an affair. After spending a night together, they form an alliance, pretending to be a couple to improve their chances of finding suitable spouses. They teach each other how to appear more marriage-worthy. However, when they eventually meet what they believe to be their ideal partners, they start to question their true feelings.
