Kana Matsumiya's life changes dramatically when her father is taken into custody for financial misconduct involving the Ministry of Defense. Seeking to move past the experience, she enrolls at a private boarding school, only to find herself entangled in new complications. There, she meets the bespectacled male student Kisaragi Kou, who encourages her to talk about her struggles. However, questions arise when it becomes apparent that Kou may not be who he claims to be. Meanwhile, a man wearing a trucker's cap is seen watching from outside Kana's window. The story blends elements of action and mystery.
