A barren desert world is ruled by powerful demonic beasts and dragons capable of influencing the weather. Humans use the Deadly Drive, a high-speed humanoid weapon operated by DJs who have undergone genetic modification, to stand a chance against these creatures. DJ Byrne, known for his expertise, saves a girl named Ice from a dragon-attacked aircraft carrier in the desert and chooses to confront a group referred to as a "cult" in the battle for dominance.
