Asuka Yagami enrolls at a new academy, where students quietly discuss a fearsome, enigmatic presence called the "Unknown." Shortly after arriving, a member of the disciplinary committee, Makina Himekawa, inspects Yagami's belongings. Arisu Kokonoe and others begin to suspect that Asuka's situation is more complicated than it initially appears.
