Liao Xi believes in perfect love and works as a "Love Appraiser," helping clients uncover infidelity in relationships. Her role forces her to confront questions about truth and deception in love. When she meets Bei, a seemingly ideal partner, her perspective begins to change. One of Bei’s friends, Gong, is a comic artist and one of Liao Xi’s clients who has been unfaithful. He is in love with a character Liao Xi portrays, which challenges her views. Bei’s other friends—Xiu, Luan, and Sen—also face their own issues with love and marriage, each dealing with personal conflicts and evolving beliefs about relationships.
