By 2049, Earth experiences a time of peace largely due to GUTS, an international group tasked with defending humanity from both terrestrial and extraterrestrial dangers. A strange meteor lands near GUTS headquarters, bearing an unsettling message and signaling the end of this calm. Along with it comes the resurgence of ancient giant monsters that once plagued the planet. To counter this new threat, efforts turn toward locating the lost land of Tiga, where the towering hero Ultraman may be reawakened to defend Earth once more.
