A young girl named Amy wishes for her divorced parents to reunite and be happy again. Her wish may come true when two angels, Licole and Lumiere, appear in her room. They inform her that she has been selected to compete in a contest among angels for the title of "Star Angel." The winner of this competition is granted a wish.
