A man named Jack, who prepares animal specimens for display, is accused of murder after being discovered at a crime scene covered in blood and beside a disfigured body. He has no memory of the events. To avoid public suspicion, he takes refuge in a remote home for societal outcasts. The residents may also be concealing their own hidden truths.
